Scheduling Policies

New Service Booking

All NEW services (excludes Color Boosts for previous clients) require a $75 deposit. If you need to reschedule or cancel and we are given the 48 hour notice required, then you are eligible for a refund of your deposit in full.

Appointment Day

If you do not have access to a printer to print out your Health Questionnaire that automatically generates to your email from booking your appointment initially, please come in 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete paperwork.

Please bring your method of payment to your scheduled appointment time to pay for your services that day. We do accept all major Credit Cards, Check and Cash payments.

Cancellation Policy

In respect of our clients’ time and the time of our practitioners as well as to decrease the incidence of “No Call-No Shows”, Beautiful You is now requiring a deposit for new services.
You MUST cancel/reschedule your appointment no less than 48 hours in advance to allow us time to fill that appointment for other customers on a waiting list. If the proper time is not given, and you would like to reschedule, we require a $75 deposit at time of booking. If you need to cancel/reschedule again and we do not have the proper notice then you forfeit that deposit and will be required to place another deposit upon rescheduling.

Color Boost Policy

Eyebrow or Upper/Lower Eyeliner Color Boost within 3 months of original application date = $50
Eyebrow or Upper/Lower Eyeliner from 3 months to 5 years of original application date = $100
Lip Liner & Fill Color Boost within 3 months of original application date = $50
Lip Liner & Fill Color Boost from 3 months to 5 years of original application date = $100
All procedures will convert to full price after 5 years from original application or most recent Color Boost.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be purchased through our website and may be used toward any services offered at Beautiful You Permanent Cosmetics. Gift Certificates are non-transferable or redeemable for cash. Please let us know if you have a Gift Certificate at time of booking.
